Should You Wear Sunscreen?
For years I could not make sense out of the skin cancer scare. What didn’t make sense to me was that most of the human race spent the majority of the time out in the sun over the last 10,000 years or so. Do the research and you will find that the companies that manufacture sunscreen and sun block would have us believe that we should be using these products 24/7 – that we can even get sunburn, thus cancer through our office window. It seems to be one of those things that “everybody knows” - One of those pieces of unevaluated data. If I follow that logic, then I figure that the human race would probably have died out by now – years ago – from all that exposure to the sun. It’s only in the last, what, 30 years, since sun block and sunscreen have been used, that this problem has been on the rise. (more…)
Plantar Warts Treatment
Plantar warts occur on the sole or plantar of the foot. The plantar is the sole or bottom of the foot. Warts are caused by a viral skin infection. The virus gets under the outer layer of skin through a small cut or abrasion. From there is infects and the wart appears as a small lesion or lump on the bottom of the foot which can be very painful.
